DESCRIPTION:<p style="text-align: center;">NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;</p><p>There will be a special meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Mount Prospect, on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.&nbsp; The meeting will be held at the Utopia A Ballroom in the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center, 1551 Thoreau Drive, Schaumburg, IL.&nbsp; The purpose of the meeting is to allow the Village Board to attend and participate in a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Northwest Suburban Municipal Joint Action Water Agency (“Agency”).&nbsp; The order of business for this special meeting (<i>within the order of business of the Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Northwest Suburban Municipal Joint Action Water Agency</i>) is as follows:&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;I.&nbsp; &nbsp; Call to order of the Special Meeting of the Agency<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;II.&nbsp; &nbsp;Roll call Introduction of Agency Board Members and elected Officials present<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;III.&nbsp; Public Comment<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;IV.&nbsp; The Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Northwest Suburban Joint Action Water Agency<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;V.&nbsp; &nbsp;Adjournment&nbsp;</p><p>If a quorum of the Village Board is not in attendance at the Special Meeting of the Agency, the Special Meeting of the Village Board will not be convened; however, Village Board may still attend the Special Meeting of the Agency.&nbsp;</p><p>Individuals requiring reasonable accommodation to participate in the meeting should contact the Northwest Suburban Municipal Joint Action Water Agency.</p>
