Relay For Life is a unique 12 hour family-oriented community fundraising event. Some of the highlights of our Relay include a survivor/family reception, survivor and caregiver recognition and a luminaria ceremony, in which we honor and remember those who have battled this disease. Admission to our event is free! You can visit our onsite fundraisers (raffles, bake sales, food vendors, face painting… just to name a few) and enjoy free entertainment.

This inspiring event unites the entire community in celebrating those who have had cancer, remembering loved ones lost, and providing an opportunity to fight back against the disease. Relay For Life supports the Society's mission to save lives by helping people stay well, by helping people get well, by finding cures and by fighting back.

Whether you're just starting out or scaling your business, this program will help you understand funding options available to you as an entrepreneur or small business owner. Join us to learn about:

Funding sources and how to access these sources.
Requirements for obtaining funding.
Advantages and disadvantages of different funding sources.

Additionally, we will present the fundamentals of a business plan and financial projections. Business mentoring from SCORE members will be available after the event.

Presented in partnership with the Mount Prospect Entrepreneurs Initiative (MPEI) and SCORE.
