NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING 

There will be a special meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Mount Prospect, on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.  The meeting will be held at the Utopia A Ballroom in the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center, 1551 Thoreau Drive, Schaumburg, IL.  The purpose of the meeting is to allow the Village Board to attend and participate in a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Northwest Suburban Municipal Joint Action Water Agency (“Agency”).  The order of business for this special meeting (within the order of business of the Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Northwest Suburban Municipal Joint Action Water Agency) is as follows: 

     I.    Call to order of the Special Meeting of the Agency
     II.   Roll call Introduction of Agency Board Members and elected Officials present
     III.  Public Comment
     IV.  The Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Northwest Suburban Joint Action Water Agency
     V.   Adjournment 

If a quorum of the Village Board is not in attendance at the Special Meeting of the Agency, the Special Meeting of the Village Board will not be convened; however, Village Board may still attend the Special Meeting of the Agency.
